Will my insurance cover my visit?

We kindly ask that you supply the insurance information at the time of scheduling and to bring in your insurance information at the time of your visit so that we may confirm that we are in network with your plan. If so, depending on the plan, a copay may be collected at the time of your visit and/or you may be responsible for payment depending on the coverage of your plan.   

Do you offer financing options?

Yes! With our Dental Payment Plan. 

Can I get a same-day appointment?

Yes! At Flushing family dentist we thrive to meet the needs of our patients and make an effort to ensure they are seen same day or as early as possible.  Our office is open six days a week.
